SOUTH BEND - Candi Plank, 71, passed away March 25, 2021 at her home in South Bend.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Rouch, mother, Lyla Hannon and four siblings, Robin, Rick, David and Kimberly.

She is survived by her daughters Donna (Jon) Plank Seibel and Wendi (Mark) Heyliger; her son Wade (Rachel) Plank; her sister, Krista Hathcock; her three grandchildren Cayde Heyliger, Andrew Lipp and Kiefer Heyliger; and her long time love, Raymond Schell,

Candi was born in South Bend, Indiana, graduated from Clay High School and spent her life in Indiana. She ran a business for decades as a private house caretaker. She was dedicated to helping the less fortunate and was known by all for her caring heart. Most dear to her heart was her family and she enjoyed spending her time with them.

In honor of her wishes, cremation will take place, and her ashes will be buried at a private service. A tribute to Candi's life with family and friends will take place over the summer.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
