Elizabeth Jo Symon-Fowler, 43, of W. Grove Street, in Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away, Wednesday, June 8, 2005, at Memorial Hospital of South Bend.
Elizabeth was born on August 11, 1961, in South Bend, to Ernest and Shirley (Fodness) Symon. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest.
Surviving is her mother, Shirley Symon of South Bend; her husband, Raymond "Duane" Fowler of Mishawaka; her daughter, Melissa Fowler of Mishawaka; her two sons, Matthew and Joseph Fowler both of Mishawaka; a granddaughter, Hope Fowler; sisters, Marilee (David) Nowak of South Bend, Kathy (Scott) Pullin of Wakarusa, Indiana, Margaret (Jim) Logan of Mishawaka; and a brother, Jim (Terry) Symon of Mishawaka.
Elizabeth was the accounts payable manager with Holladay Property Services in South Bend.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2005, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2005, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
