Judith Ann Critchlow

Judith Ann Critchlow, 73, of Terre Haute, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on December 25, 1943, in Ft. Wayne to James E. Faulkner and Helen I. (Smith) Arndt.

Judy is survived by her children: Teresa Nering and husband Tim of Terre Haute, Rex Critchlow of Montgomery, AL, and Helen Jean Smith and husband Greg, of Terre Haute; sisters Janice Cowen and husband Doug of South Bend and Saundra Willey and husband Jack of Plainfield; half-brother, Walter Faulkner and wife Jan of San Diego, CA; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband of 52 years, Rex "Buddy" Critchlow.

Judy owned and operated the White Rabbit Copy Center for many years and co-owned Awards by Thoms with her husband, Rex. An inspiration to her children, Judy went to college while being a working mother and earned her Associate's Degree in accounting from Ivy Tech. She also obtained her Indiana Real Estate license. She was a member of Downtown Business Association and Business and Professional Women.

Judy enjoyed taking care of others and was a caregiver to many. Family was everything to Judy and she took great joy in being the family genealogist. She spent much of her free time researching her family, spending time with them, and collecting information to share for generations to come. Judy had a kind heart and a bright smile. She will be truly missed.

Visitation will be held from 10 until noon on Saturday, April 29 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held at noon, on Saturday, at the funeral home with Pastor Ken Coffman officiating. Judy will be laid to rest next to her husband in Roselawn Memorial Park.
