HELEN (SOWERS) RUDDELL

July 15, 1929 - July 18, 2008
GRANGER - Helen Sowers Ruddell, 79, formerly of New Carlisle and Granger, died July 18th in Henderson, KY. Helen was born on July 15, 1929, in South Bend, to the late Eva and Roscoe Sowers.

Helen graduated in 1947 from Washington Clay High School. She was an accomplished pianist.

On June 29, 1974, she married Jack Ruddell of Henderson, KY. He survives along with one daughter, Kim Hauser Allen (Brad) of Bullhead, AZ; one stepdaughter, Donna Eisenbath (Marvin) of Wentzville, MO; two sons, Kent Hauser (Julie) of Henderson and John Hauser (Beth) of Owensboro, KY. One sister, Bea Sowers Ansbaugh (Don) of Granger, eight great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and an aunt, Helen Sowers of Largo, Florida, also survives.

Services were held July 21st in Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home, Henderson, KY. Burial was at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson.
