DONALD PERRIN

Donald Perrin Jan. 25, 1958 - April 22, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Donald W. Perrin, 56, passed away at 9:20 AM Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at the Center for Hospice, Elkhart, Indiana. Don was born on January 25, 1958, in South Bend, IN, to the late Kenneth and Mary (Anderson) Perrin, and has remained a lifelong resident of this area.

Don was a graduate of Clay High School and also took several courses at IUSB and Ivy Tech. He proudly served our country in the United States Army. Don was a licensed commercial truck driver and previously worked for 10 years with the United States Postal Service in South Bend. He loved his cats, Mojo and Mackenzie.

On May 22, 1999, in Mishawaka, IN, he was united in marriage to Jean E. (Mulrenan) Perrin, who survives. Along with his loving wife, Jean of South Bend, he is survived by his daughter, Misty Perrin, and son, Shane Perrin, both of Mishawaka; sister-in-law, Katie (Bryan) Klopfenstein of West Chester, OH; nephews, A.J. and David Klopfenstein, both of West Chester, OH; and cousin, Matthew (Val) Mark of Tyner, IN.

Memorial services for Don will be at 2:00 PM Friday, April 25, 2014, at Palmer Funeral Home River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, where friends may gather with the family one hour prior to services. Jim Shaffer, pastor and friend of the family, will officiate.
