Goldie E. Krojniewski

Goldie E. (Forray) Krojniewski, 73, of South Bend, Ind., died on Tuesday evening, July 13, at the Hospice House of St. Joseph County.
Mrs. Krojniewski was born on Oct. 31, 1925, in South Bend, to Alex and Elizabeth Forray.
On Oct. 18, 1947, she married Eligius C. Krojniewski, who preceded her in death on Nov. 13, 1981. A lifelong resident of South Bend, Mrs. Krojniewski was a homemaker, devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Brian (Sherrie) Krown of Lafayette, Ind.; her daughter, Diane (Dr. Richard) Myers of Kutztown, Pa.; two grandchildren, Kimberly D. and Zachary C. Myers of Kutztown; her sister, Elizabeth (Ronald) Lemanski of South Bend; and by five brothers, Alex Forray, Frank Forray, George Forray, Eugene Forray and James Forray.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today, July 15, in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 16, in Saint Anthony's Catholic Church, 2120 E. Jefferson, South Bend. Entombment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Goldie Krojniewski to Hospice House of St. Joseph County or to the Saint Anthony's Building Fund.
