CINCINNATI - LaTosha T. Fultz, 42, of Cincinnati, OH, and formerly of South Bend, IN, passed away September 9, 2017, in Cincinnati, OH.

LaTosha was born February 8, 1975, in South Bend, IN, to Robert Fultz and Cindy Spriggs (Robinson). She graduated from Clay High School in 1993. She moved to Cincinnati, OH, three years ago to help assist her mother in running the families janitorial service, Cindy's Cleaning Crew.

LaTosha was preceded in death by three aunts, Michelle Fultz, Yvonne Fultz and Gail Jones; and maternal grandfather, Robert Eugene Jones.

LaTosha leaves behind to cherish her loving memory one daughter, Mychell Easton; four sons, Shawn Spriggs and Michael Carlisle, all of Cincinnati, OH, Anthony Carver of South Bend, IN, and Samuel Carlisle of Valparaiso, IN; her father, Robert Fultz of South Bend, IN; her mother, Cindy Spriggs; two brothers, Antione (Jacole) Spriggs, both of Cincinnati, OH, and Jayawna Fultz of South Bend, IN; her finance', Damion Brooks of Cincinnati, OH; paternal grandparents, Janie (Fultz) and John Godard of Flint, MI; maternal grandmother, Alice Lucille Jones; maternal grandfather, Virtee; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Alford's Mortuary, with viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
