SOUTH BEND - Mrs. Pauline E. Bonds, of Lansing, Michigan, departed this life

Pauline was born in South Bend, Indiana on August 16, 1964 to Pearl (Hurmon) and Clifford Bonds Sr. She graduated from Clay High School in 1983. Her employment included housekeeping, cooking, and catering. On December 31, 2017, she was baptized.

Love ones who survive include her children, Theron Bonds, Jashay Bonds, and Casey Blackmon; grandchildren, Teryn Bonds, Tycen Bonds, Princess Zendaya Bonds, My`Air Stalling, and Tre`vion Bonds; sisters, Sonya Hurmon, Zina Bonds, Velvet Bonds, Crystal Webster, Tonya Payne, Tina Bailey, Anita (Gregory) Scott and Theresa Washington; brothers, Elijah Hurmon, Johnny (Mary) Bonds, Aaron Bonds, Benjamin (Ronette) Bonds, Clarence Hurmon, Herbert Shawn Miner, Tyree (Tabitha) Bonds, Clifford (Glenda) Bailey, and Clifford (Jacqueline) Bonds; special best friends, Ramona Updike, and Monica Fountain.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald McCarns; a son, Casey Shay Paul Bonds; parents, Pearl Hurmon and Clifford Bonds Sr.; sister, Doris Hurmon; brother, Aaron Webster; maternal grandparents, Booker and Willa Vann; paternal grandparents, Emmanuel and Amanda Bonds Sr.; niece, Dominique Hurmon; and best friend, Angela Williams.

Services for Mrs. Pauline Bond will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Pentecostal Cathedral COGIV with viewing from 11:00 a.m., to noon.
