EAU CLAIRE - Carol Lee Huston Rumbaugh Marks, 75, of Eau Claire, died Friday, March 3, 2017, at her home with her loving family by her side.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Eau Claire, with burial at Caldwell Cemetery, Eau Claire. Rev. James Bartz will officiate. Friends may visit from 6 - 8 p.m. Monday, March 6, at Bowerman Funeral Home, Eau Claire, and leave messages online at www.bowermanfuneral.com. Memorial donations may be made to the church or to Hospice at Home.
Carol was born December 14, 1941, in Coldwater City, Michigan, the daughter of Leon D. and Bernice C. (Van Dyke} Huston. She had worked for the Village of Eau Claire, serving as a Deputy Clerk and a police officer. She was a member of FOP #96 and also of the Cherry Festival committee of Eau Claire. Her church membership was with Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Richard A. Marks; daughter, Kimberly Scott of Eau Claire; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia (Martin) Jablonski.
