DAVID M. FELTON, 61, of South Bend, Ind., passed away on Monday, Aug. 20, 2018. He was born on June 20, 1957 in Portland, Ore. Dave graduated from Clay High School and Ball State University. He was an auditor for the Indiana Department of Revenue. He loved officiating high school sports. He is survived by brothers, Paul (Elizabeth) Felton of St. Louis, Steve (Faith) Felton of Fort Wayne and their children; and brother-in-law, Walter Roberts. He was preceded in death by parents, Rev. Charles and Eileen Felton; and sister, Sandra Felton Roberts. Memorial service is noon Monday, Aug. 27, 2018, at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. He was laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.
