Keith Burget, 75, of South Bend, passed away on Friday July 17, 2015, in his home. He was born on October 31, 1939, in Fort Wayne, IN, to the late Einer and Wilma (Lehman) Burget.
On April 30, 1960 he married Shari Trent, who survives. Also surviving are his children, Rhonda (Jeff) Grim of Dallas Lake, Wolcottville, IN; his son, Todd Burget of Niles, MI; four grandchildren, Dustin (Becca) Grim, Dana (Brent) Shidler, Macie and Braden Burget; four great-grandchildren, Laila and Kruz Grim and Cash and Trace Shidler; three sisters, Marilyn Schidler of Colorado Springs, CO, Jean Gallagher of Vero Beach, FL and Jan Frey of Altamont Springs, FL; and by two brothers, John Burget of Kuna, IN and James (Diane) Burget of Cedaridge, CO.
Keith was the owner of K&S Heating for 40 years and Wedgewood Pines Assisted Living, for 21 years. He was in the Army National Guard for 8 years.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday July 25 at the Saint Mark Missionary Church, 55240 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545-5234.
