Charles W. Dyczko, 79, passed away, Sunday, February 12, 2017 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
Charles was born on November 11, 1937 in South Bend to the late John and Vera (Lewis) Dyczko. On November 11, 1967, in St. Casimir Catholic Church, Charles married Beverly (Jankowski) Dyczko. Charles was also preceded in death by brothers, Gregory and John; and sister, Virginia.
Survivors of Charles include wife, Beverly Dyczko of South Bend; sons, Charles A. (Dana) Dyczko of Niles, MI and Timothy J. (Moira) Dyczko of South Bend; 5 grand-children Adam, John, Casey, Allison and Caitlyn; and 1 great grandson, Brayden.
Charles honorably served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a Salesman at Sears. Charles was a parishioner of Christ the King Catholic Church. He loved being outdoors and spending time puttering in his garage. Charles was an avid fisherman, and Notre Dame fan. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.
Visitation for Charles will be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd with a Rosary to be prayed . A Mass of Christian Burial will be prayed at 10:00 am Wednesday at Christ the King Catholic Church with visitation at 9:30 am at the church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
