JUDITH CASE South Bend, Indiana June 25, 1960 - Nov. 3, 2008 Judith Anne Weber Case, 48, passed away at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, November 3, 2008 in Memorial Hospital, South Bend Indiana. Judith was born on June 25, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois to Ronald W. and Theresa (nee Carlascio) Weber. On August 19, 1978, she married David M. Case in Merrillville, Indiana. Judith was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Weber on June 8, 2005; and daughter, Allison M. Case.

She is survived by her husband, David of South Bend, Indiana; her mother, Theresa of Crown Point, Indiana; daughters, Emily M. Case and Erin E. Case, both of South Bend, Indiana; her sisters, Loretta (Stephen) Bannwart of Michigan City, Indiana Katherine (James) Vogel of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Margaret (Steven) Barding of Hogansville, Georgia; and her brother, Paul (Nina) Weber of Crown Point, Indiana.

She was employed by Freeman Spicer Financial Services as an Administrative Assistant. She was a member of The Deep River Church of Christ of Merrillville, Indiana and First United Methodist Church of South Bend, Indiana. Judith was a former member of New Direction Choir.

She and David were active in the Ross Summer Music Theater in Merrillville, Indiana, Co-directed many plays and theater productions together at the South Bend Civic Center, and the South Bend Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend, IN, and the South Bend School Corporation in Riley High School and Clay High School. She was a BETA SIGMA PHI. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday November 6, 2008 in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 1827 E. Ireland Rd., South Bend, Indinaa 46619.

A Funeral Services will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. (Central Standard Time) on Friday, November 7, 2008 in the Deep River Church of Christ, 7500 Grand Blvd. in Merrillville, Indiana 46410 with visitation two hours prior, in the church. Entombment will follow in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Judy Case Benefit Fund or to the family.
