Brandon Harrison Boeker - Class Of 2010 VIEW PROFILE

Brandon Harrison Boeker

Brandon Harrison Boeker

Brandon Harrison Boeker only loved one thing more than the Texas Longhorns, his family. He was a devoted father, husband, son, brother; the true heart and soul of any room he entered. Brandon, 32, of Granger, IN, died on September 17, 2023.

Brandon was born on September 16, 1991, in Richardson, TX. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rosalind Rushall Hanna, John Dwight Shirley, and Richard Lee McCracken and uncle, William Fisher Boeker, III.

He was known for his deep love and admiration for his mother, Tianna, and father, Brian. Not a day would go by without him talking to one or both of his parents.

Brandon began dating the love of his life, Katlin Renee Rector, during his junior year of high school in 2008. The two built a life together in Bloomington, IN, Columbus, OH, and Granger IN, marrying on May 28, 2016, in South Bend, IN. Brandon and Katlin were a true team as they tackled life together.

Brandon and Katlin couldn’t wait to start their own family, and Brandon’s children meant the world to him. He was an incredible father to Jaxon and Sadie, always ensuring they felt his endless love and support, whether through silly games, a long hug, or a shared pickle.

His generous and kind nature, coupled with his unmatched sense of humor, led to a large and deeply rooted group of friends and loved ones. They will remember “Bboek” as the guy they could find hitting bombs off the tee box and dingers at the diamond. His cousins will hold him in their hearts as “the fun one.”

Brandon is survived by his wife, Katlin Boeker, son, Jaxon David Boeker, daughter, Sadie Rosalind Boeker, parents, Brian and Tianna Boeker, siblings, Keith and Jessica Boeker, in-laws, Dave, Sue, Justin, and Melanie Rector, grandparents, Bill and Linda Boeker, Dee Ann and Glenn Raz, and Ronald Hanna, aunt Tania French Sistrunk (Mac), uncles, Joe McCracken (Alicia) and Allan McCracken (Connie) and numerous cousins.

Brandon’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. “Hook ‘em horns.”

Visitation will be Monday, September 25, 2023, at Palmer Funeral Home - Welsheimer North, 17033 Cleveland Rd South Bend, IN 46635, from 2-6 p.m. Services will follow at 6 p.m.
