JERRY J. DELL, 65, of LaGrange, Ga., formerly of Churubusco, died Thursday at his daughter's home in LaGrange, Ga.
Born in South Bend, he formerly worked at Stockberger Machinery in Fort Wayne and retired in December as parts manager from Trackmobile Inc. in LaGrange, Ga., after 20 years.
He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Surviving are two sons, Brad of Churubusco and Lance of White Pigeon, Mich.; two daughters, Sarah Dell of LaGrange, Ga., and Sue Hull of Sturgis, Mich.; his father, John Dell of South Bend; a sister, Loretta Valentine of Ellenton, Fla.; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael.
Services at 1 p.m. Thursday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco. Calling two hours before services. Burial in Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam. Memorials to National Rifle Association.
