MISHAWAKA, IN - William Phillips, Jr., 57, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016, at his residence.

William was born on July 13, 1958, in South Bend, IN to William and Judith (Ham) Phillips, Sr. William is preceded in death by his father.

William is survived by his mother, Judith Zielecki and his 2 sons, Cody Phillips and Josh Phillips both from North Liberty, IN. William was a grandfather to one granddaughter, Evelyn Phillips. William is also survived by 2 sisters, Kim Barrier from Florida and Shelly Phillips from North Carolina.

William was employed as a Die Corrector at Yellow Dog (Metal Extrusion Company) with over 20 years of service until his passing. William was a devoted IU Basketball and Pittsburgh Steelers Football Fan. He was a member of the Willow Creek United Methodist Church in Mishawaka. There will be no visitation or service. The family is honoring William's wishes to be cremated. Bubb Funeral Chapel assisted the family with the arrangements.
