Joseph Francis Walsh passed away in Jan. 2026 in Madison, Wisconsin. He was born to Dr. William James and Mary Jo (Herzog) Walsh of Granger, Indiana. He married Julie Michelle Houser on September 23, 1989 in the Trinity United Methodist Church in Elkhart, Indiana.

Joseph graduated from Clay High School and IUSB, South Bend, Indiana. He was employed by Interstate Glass Company, South Bend, Indiana.

He had two sisters, Christine Walsh of Graham, North Carolina and Carolyn (Jeff) Lepper of Angier, North Carolina and two brothers, William James (Laura Sherin) Walsh Jr. of Wilmington, North Carolina and Gregory (Christine) Walsh of Indianapolis, Indiana.
