Marion Charles Ewing March 26, 1956 - Nov. 2, 2015 PLYMOUTH - Marion Charles Ewing, 59, of Plymouth and formerly of Koontz Lake, died on Monday, November 2, 2015, at 3:30 AM at his residence in Plymouth. Mr. Ewing was born on March 26, 1956, in South Bend, to the late Leroy H. and Lois I. (Hale) Kelber.

On December 31, 2010, at Koontz Lake, he married Betty (Ockerman) Ewing, who survives in Plymouth.

He attended Clay High School and IVY Tech for welding. He retired from Indiana Heat and Transfer in Plymouth. He was a member of the Miami Indian Tribe. He was a longtime resident of Koontz Lake where he loved fishing and boating.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; six children, Shawn Ewing, Marion C. "MC" Ehas, Chalee (Craig) Jozwiak, Haven Ewing and Talon Ewing; stepchildren, Adam Ockerman, Erin Holsten, Walter Ockerman, Nathan Ockerman and Nicole Garrett; grandchildren, Devon Ehas, Skyler Ehas, Collin Jozwiak, Gavin Jozwiak, Gabriel Ockerman, Collin Holsten and Avery Holsten. Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Charles C. (Elaine) Ewing, Herald L. "Buster" Ewing, Robert S. Ewing, Cynthia "Mae" Braddock, Roxanne Ewing, Gemma Holstion and Joey Ewing; eleven nephews and nine nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Gavin Ewing; one brother and one sister, Michael Ewing and Carletta J. Stickler. Cremation has taken place.
