SOUTH BEND Paul Wayne Olmstead, 61, of Maple Lane, died Wednesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center of natural causes.

Survivors include four daughters, Christine Kanczuzewski of Granger, Julie Tursi of Medford, N.J., Kay Baxter of Atlanta and Sharon Nolan of White Plains, N.Y.; a son, Paul B. of South Bend; and a brother, David of South Bend.

Services will be at noon Friday in Hickey Funeral Home, 17131 Cleveland Rd., where friends may call two hours before services
