OTSEGOL Garland D. McHenry, 64, of 412 W. Orleans St., Otsego, died Sept. 25. He was born June 3, 1915 in South Bend, Ind., and he had worked for the National Water Lift Co. of Kalamazoo for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Mrs. Sharon (Ruel) Brown of Millsap, Tex., and Mrs. Dian (Clifford) Knox of Vero Beach, Fla.; two sons, William D. (Sandra) McHenry of Lufkin, Tex., and William R. (Teresa) McHenry of Otsego; 12 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Winifred (Francis) Crook of Kalamazoo, Mrs. Geraldine (Frank) Baber of Cudahy, Calif., and Mrs. Betty (Dale) Riedel of South Bend, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Friday in the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, the Rev. William Schoettle officiating, and burial was in Hillside Cemetery in Plainwell. Friends who wish may make memorials to the cancer fund.
