SOUTH BEND — Patricia A.  Lowe, 93, of South Bend, passed away Monday, May 7, 2012, at Hamilton Grove, New Carlisle. Patricia was born November 3, 1918, in Rochester, New York, to the late Bert and Dorothy (Pasco) Mowers.

On September 3, 1939, Patricia married James R. Lowe, who passed away June 14, 1999. She was also preceded in death by a son, William Craig Lowe.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Maryann Lowe Newman of New Carlisle, Janellen Lowe (Jeffery) LeeVan of South Bend and Rebecca Sue Perry of South Bend; sons, James Bruce (Diana) Lowe II of Granger and David Ross (Kathryn) Lowe of Ukiah, CA; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sarah Dahms of South Bend.

Patricia was a member of Lydick United Methodist Church and was a lifetime member of Eastern Star. She was an avid traveler and member of the Airstream International Caravan Club. She also enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Cremation will be held at Welsheimer Crematory, with a memorial service announced at a later date. Family and friends may leave e-mail condolences at www.welsheimer.com .
