SOUTH BEND - Nancy Wickizer, 62, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Memorial Hospital.

Nancy was born July 14, 1953 in Norfolk County, Virginia to the late Chandler and Elizabeth (Stephens) Bartholomew.

Survivors of Nancy included her children, Tracy (James R.) Kring of South Bend, James C. Wickizer of Mishawaka and Elizabeth Wickizer of South Bend; sisters, Betty (Butch) Jacobson of AZ and Diane Bartholomew of South Bend and brother, Harry Bartholomew of CO; grandkids, Brittney, Megan, Sabrina, Ryan, Aaron, Faith, Kyle, Carter; and great-grandson, Ethan.

Nancy was a Clay High School graduate. She was a Nurse with Ironwood Health and Rehab for many years. Nancy was very generous and spiritual. She enjoyed family cookouts and loved animals. Most of all, Nancy loved taking her grandkids to the beach and spending time with family and friends.

A gathering for Nancy is 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Thursday, April 28, 2016 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. with a Memorial Service to be held at 6:00 pm in the funeral home.
