Scott Brien Bramlett
April 30, 1959 ~ March 15, 2025 65 Years Old
Scott Brien Bramlett 66, loving son, husband and father passed away peacefully in Healthwin. Scott was born April 30, 1959 in South Bend to Jonathan and Nora Bramlett. He graduated from Clay High School in 1978 and worked as a Machinist for 11 years at Acufex in Granger. Scott then joined Allied Specialty Precision Inc. in Mishawaka where he eventually became a Manufacturing Sr. Engineer and worked for 22 years. Until forced retirement, due to massive stroke 2011.
Scott met Marie E. Walsh in the 1991 and they married on July 7, 2001. He is survived by his blended family: Daughter, Chelssie (Nick) Urankar and granddaughters Jada and Atley. Son, Broc Bramlett (Scha) and grandson Broxon. Step daughter Kelley (Paul) Newman and granddaughters Teagan and Taylynn, Step daughter Lindsey Shafer (Lindsey) and grandsons Tanner and Carter Guaglianone, and Greyson.
Also surviving is his father Jonathan Bramlett. His brother Michael (Mary), nieces Bridget, Morgan, Leah, Lauren, Maggie, and nephew James. Scott was preceded in death by his mother Nora Bramlett and father-in-law John J. Walsh and Judith M. Walsh. His surviving extensive family include; Wendell (Nancy) Walsh, Sissy (Thomas) Bouchard, Kathryn (Kendall) Smith, Phillip (Nancy) Walsh, Kenneth (Rhonda) Walsh, Judith (Art) Whitcomb, Elizabeth Ann (William, deceased )Carpenter., Mary (Michael) Ivancsics,Nancy Willliams( Dan) Caroline Walsh, Paul (Andrea) Walsh Colleen (David) Seagar, Patrick (Bethany) Walsh and Timothy (Sarah) Walsh, and many nieces and nephews.
Scott had an excitement for motocross, bodybuilding and playing drums. He was the drummer for Last Call Rock Band and treasured their friendships. Scott’s ultimate joy was his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Thanks to awesome friends he was able to make a trip out to Sturgis, South Dakota 2007.
A special thank you to Paul and Kelley Newman for welcoming us into their home, all their help, understanding and unconditional love. Papa sure loved his Teagan and Taylynn. You girls always showed him love, made him laugh and gave him purpose. He will be smiling down on you from heaven.
Visitation will be held from 4-7pm Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Palmer Funeral Homes, Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN 46635. A graveside service will be held at 10 am Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Southlawn Cemetery, 61430 IN-931, South Bend, IN 46614
Memorial donations may be given to the resident council at Healthwin 20531 Darden Road South Bend, IN. Scott’s last months were peaceful and full of caring staff at Healthwin on Darden Rd, thanks to all.
