On June 11, 1966, in South Bend, as Margaret L. Prister, she married John Thomas "Tom" Brame, who preceded her in death May 3, 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Debi Beehler (Tim) of South Bend; and her three grandchildren whom she adored, Grace, Gabrielle and Jonathan Beehler. Margaret was a member of American Turners for many years. It was a passion of hers. At Turners she bowled, was often league secretary, ran fundraisers, and made many, many friends. Margaret also loved to watch her husband play racquetball, softball and bowl. She loved to go to and have garage sales. She collected many different things and loved antiques. She loved buying and making crafts as well. Margaret, Tom and Debi often traveled and camped with friends. Margaret enjoyed gardening, planting flowers and doing yardwork. She was often seen with her daughter and their John Deer tractor and wagon out in the yard. Margaret loved to do crossword puzzles and playing solitaire, and when Debi was growing up often played gin rummy and tic tac toe with her. Margaret shared a passion with Tom which was the junior bowlers in St. Joe County. They did countless things for them. Margaret's last and greatest passions were her acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and her grandchildren whom she loved more than life itself.
