David Andrew Rice, 48, residing in Mishawaka passed away on Friday, June 4, 2010. David was born on March 12, 1962 in South Bend to the late John Thomas and Elaine Laura (Trahms) Rice. He has been a lifelong area resident.
David was a 1980 graduate of Clay High School and a 1984 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. He was a successful professional with financing and insurance for the automobile industry prior to an accident that caused a brain injury.
David is survived by his brother, Chris (Ginny) Rice of Seattle, WA and their two children; two sisters, Robin (Leonardo) Molena of Puebla, Mexico and their two children, and Laurie (Tim Allen) Rice of Oak Park, IL and their two children. David was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Rice.
Per David's wishes, cremation will take place at Southlawn Cremation Services, South Bend. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, South Bend is assisting with arrangements.
