Robin Ray Stickler Sr.

SOUTH BEND - Robin R. Stickler, 71, passed away at 5:57 am Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, in Memorial Hospital. Rob was born on Feb. 9, 1944, in South Bend, to Raymond and Elaine (Dunivant) Stickler.
He retired from AT&T where he was employed for 38 years and was a member of the Elks. Rob enjoyed bowling, spending summers camping at Indian Lake in Wolcottville, IN. He was a very family oriented man who cherished his time with his grandchildren. Rob was a man with a wealth of knowledge. He had an answer to any question that was presented to him. He was the ultimate handyman, who was always willing to help.
On April 24, 2004, he married the former Marilyn Kubiak, who survives along with three sons, Robin (Amy) Stickler Jr. of Warren, IN, Steve (Kim) Stickler of Elkhart, Mark (Jodi) Kubiak of South Bend; a daughter, Judith (Joseph) Binder of Granger; 10 grandchildren, Tori, Matthew, Kyle, Jentry, Stevie, Alana, Alyssa, Jaedyn, Jenna and Tristan; and two sisters, Janet Saffold of Mishawaka and Jorjia Minnis of South Bend.
Funeral services will be celebrated at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 21, 2015, in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Cremation will follow. Visitation will take place from 11:00 am until services in the funeral home Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
