Tammy Jo (Funnell) Michelbrink

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tammy Michelbrink, beloved mother, daughter, sister, wife, and friend. Tammy left this world peacefully on November 24, 2024, just days shy of her 46th birthday, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering support.

Born on November 30, 1978, Tammy was the cherished daughter of Judy Blad and Edward Funnell (Kitty). She was a bright light in the lives of her family, including her dear brother, Larry Funnell, and her devoted sister, Melissa Funnell. Tammy’s love for her family extended to her aunts, Dorthey Simon and Tina Tabler, her cousins, Angie Swartz, Michael Tabler, and Marcus Tabler, along with countless friends and extended relatives who adored her.

Tammy was not only a nurturing mother to her wonderful children, Lucy and Luke, but also a caring wife to Paul Michelbrink. She was like a daughter to her mother-in-law, Judy Michelbrink. Her home was filled with laughter, joy, and the warmth of genuine love. Tammy had an incredible way of making every moment special; she was known for her warm hugs, her infectious laughter, and her ability to always lend a listening ear.

Tammy's powerful spirit inspired her family and friends alike. She had the rare gift of bringing people together and making them feel loved. Her joy in life was contagious, whether spent attending her children's activities or sharing family gatherings full of love and laughter.

Although her time with us was far too brief, Tammy's impact on those who knew her will resonate forever. As we reflect on her extraordinary life, we remember her unwavering love and compassion that will continue to guide us.
