SOUTH BEND - Ellsworth Ullery, 69, of Paso Robles, Calif., formerly of South Bend, died Thursday in Twin Cities Community Hospital, Templeton, Calif.
Survivors include his wife, Jean of Paso Robles; two daughters, Shelley Genteman of Vallejo, Calif., and Nancy Franklin of Clinton, Mo.; a son, Tom of Paso Robles; and a brother, Roger of Spartanburg, S.C.
There will be no services or visitation.
Chapel of the Roses, Atascadero, Calif., handled arrangements.
