OKLAHOMA CITY, OK - Kathleen "Kathie" Rodgers passed away April 30, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born in South Bend, Indiana on April 9th, 1947 and graduated from Clay High School in 1965.
Her hobbies included arts, crafts and cross stich with her creations proudly displayed throughout her home. Kathie took special joy in gardening, growing her own herbs, vegetables and flowers. Her passion for cooking was well-known among family and friends, using ingredients from her own garden. She enjoyed relaxing in her backyard, with her 2 beloved pugs while watching birds and butterflies.
Though Kathie was taken away from us prematurely, her loving heart will be remembered by her family and friends. Her grandchildren held incredibly special place in her heart, and she loved spending every moment with them. Kathie is survived by her children Dale and Heather, grandchildren and her siblings Tom and Connie.
Her family plans to honor her wishes and scatter her ashes in Florida, Oklahoma and South Bend, Indiana later this year.
