AUDREY DORIS (ULLERY) MEDICH

ROSELAND - Audrey Doris Medich, 91, of Clay Township, died Saturday afternoon in Memorial Hospital. She was born October 12, 1917, in South Bend, to the late Edward Clyde and Margaret Neosha (Chidester) Ullery.

On February 23, 1951, in South Bend, she married John Medich, who died October 9, 1990. Also preceding her where four children, one sister and three brothers.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughters, Christine Moore (Philip) of Niles, MI, and Linda Peterson of South Bend; grandson, Jeff Bucholtz of Niles; great-granddaughter, Olivia Audrey Bucholtz; step-grandchildren, Gretchen Manning (Scott) of North Webster, IN, Terry Moore of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and her sister, Margaret Jane McCombs of South Bend.

Audrey graduated from Washington-Clay High School in 1937 and lived 88 years in Roseland where she enjoyed good health till recently. She was a good friend and neighbor and had a great wit about her. Audrey loved garage sales and making crafts. She loved watching the Notre Dame women's basketball team.

Funeral services will be held at noon today, December 9th, in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home North, 17022 Cleveland Road, with Rev. Kim Bloom officiating. A time of fellowship will be one hour prior to services. Her burial will be at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
