SOUTH BEND - Marsha Ann Nye, 77, of South Bend, passed away Saturday, August, 6, 2016, at her residence. Marsha was born August 9, 1938 in South Bend, to the late George and Etta Mae (Kollar) Mueller. On September 6, 1958 in South Bend, Marsha Mueller married Carl Nye who passed away May 27, 2005.

Marsha is survived by her daughter, Carlene Nye of South Bend, son, Jeffrey Todd Nye of Las Vegas, NV, two grandchildren, Kara Sidorowicz and Karinne Nye of South Bend, and sister, Karen Eger of South Bend.

Marsha was a graduate of Washington - Clay High School, and a member of Gospel Center Church in River Park. She enjoyed flower gardening, baking, especially her delicious fruit pies, and also sang at Carnegie Hall.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10th, at Riverview Cemetery (Mausoleum). Cremation will take place at Welsheimer Crematory. Family and friends may leave e-mail condolences at www.welsheimer.com.
