Robert John Auer Jr.

Robert John Auer Jr., 65, passed away unexpectedly on November 26 2022. Rob was born August 25, 1957, to Joyce Barrell and Robert J. Auer, Sr.

Rob worked in the plumbing and heating industry. He graduated from Clay High School. Rob was married to Caryl Adrian and had two children: Hannah and RJ III.

Rob is survived by Joyce b Frost, mother, Hannah Hetrick (Marissa), R.J. Auer and his new grandson, Lincoln Robert Michael Hetrick; his 2 brothers, Douglas (Patsy) from Hastings, MI, and Todd from Ft. Myers, FL.

Rob suffered by diabetes from age 14 and received dialysis for the last several years.

Funeral services for Rob will be held at 11:00am, Friday December 2, 2022, at St. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church, 53720 Ironwood Rd., South Bend, IN with visitation one hour prior at the church.
