Ryan Thomas Clifford

Ryan Thomas Clifford

March 30, 1991 ~ December 30, 2024

Ryan T. Clifford, 33, of South Bend passed away on December 30, 2024. Ryan was born to the late Richard H. Clifford and Jeanette (Slisz) Page on March 30, 1991, in South Bend, IN. He graduated from Clay High School, worked in construction and completed his CDL training to become a truck driver.

Ryan was a gentle soul. He enjoyed being outdoors and found his highest sense of peace in nature. He was a deep thinker with a wonderful way of connecting with people at their core. This connection was also made with the many different animals throughout his life. Any cat, dog, or fawn fortunate enough to meet him has felt his love and warmth. He had a passion for working with his hands, and had a special ability to quickly learn new skills and build anything he could envision. Ryan cherished nothing more than to spend quality time with family and friends and was always behind the camera taking pictures of his loved ones.

A true artist, Ryan was enamored with playing guitar from a young age. He found his voice in music and grew into a uniquely talented self-taught pianist and composer, recording and producing his own songs that offer a candid lens into his heart and soul. Through his music, through his kindness and through his love for others, Ryan always remained genuine and true to himself.

He will be remembered for his endearing smile, his infectious laughter, and his burning desire to understand the deeper parts of humanity. He will be sorely missed by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

Ryan is survived by his sister, Kaitlyn Clifford; his uncles and aunts, Kenneth (LeAnn) Weiss,  Patrick (Patrice) Clifford, Laura ( Michael) Furfaro; cousin and best friend, Dante Decanini; as well as many more cousins, extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Christine Weiss, Ralph Slisz, Richard Clifford Sr., Lucy Jane (Dunagan) McFall.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th, from 2-4PM in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Donations in Ryan’s honor may be made to the family.
