Granger-Ralph H. Call, 94, passed away early on Thursday, April 22, 2010 in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Ralph was born on March 1, 1916 in Valparaiso, IN to Marion and Jennie (Sears) Call. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Luther and Don Call and a sister, Jane Glassman.
On August 22, 1940 in Granger he married the former Marjorie H. Johnson; she preceded him in death on December 1, 1993.
Surviving are four brothers, Marshall, William, Ken and Dean Call all of South Bend and several nieces and nephews.
Ralph worked as a plumber for John Rensberger Plumbing for 23 years. He retired in 1982.
Visitation will be in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, on Sunday, April 25, 2010, from 1 to 4 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, April 26, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Ron Drake officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Memorial contributions can be made to the Charity of the Donor's choice.
