Jeffery L. Billisitz, 26, of 19548 Orchard St., died at 11:25 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Medical Center of complications from cystic fibrosis. Born Sept. 28, 1955, in South Bend, he had lived here all his life. Surviving are his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Louis Billisitz; a sister, Miss Sharon Billisitz of Encinitas, Calif.; and a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Henrietta Wlodarek of South Bend.

He was a graduate of Clay High School and Ivy Tech and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at St. Joseph's Medical Center.
