Wayne Pearson - Class Of 1935 VIEW PROFILE

G. Wayne Pearson

April 9, 1916 - Jan. 25, 1998 Gerald Wayne Pearson, 81, of Woodbridge, Va., died due to congestive heart failure on Sunday, Jan. 25, at Potomac Hospital, Woodbridge. He was formerly known as "Swede." He was born on April 9, 1916, in Brook, Ind., a son of the late Elmer. Pearson and Francis Stewart.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Harold Pearson.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Spaur Pearson, who he married on April 12, 1944. He is also survived by a daughter, Dolores Heim of Mountclair, Va.; two grandchildren, Dawn Christina Ganther of Roanoke, Va., and Eric Heim of Mountclair; five sisters, Ardis Jones and Helen Lace, both of Niles, Mich., Doris Weaver of Rockford, Ill., Leona Brunkhart of Granger, Ind., and Shirley Russell of Danvanport, Fla.

Mr. Pearson was an Army World War Il veteran and a graduate of Washington Clay High School, 1936. He retired from Kreamo Bakery and Sears.
