Kim M. (Szlgetl) Grant

Kim M. (Szigeti) Grant, 45, of Roseland, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2006, In Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Klm was born on October 6, 1961, in South Bend, to Eugene and Patricia (May) Szigeti, and was a lifelong area resident.

On October 10, 1987, as Kim M. Szigeti, she married Thomas Allan Grant, who survives. Along with her husband, she is survived by her parents, Eugene and Patricia Szigeti of Roseland; her son, Christopher Allan Grant at home; four sisters, Michelle Szigeti of Roseland, Robin McCollum of River Park, Tamara (Donald) Clark of South Bend and Melanie Szigeti of Roseland; three nieces, Christine (Ambrose) Lofton, Cheryl (Erasmo Jr.) Chairez and Ashley McCollum; one nephew, Matthew McCollum; two great-nieces, Ambrasia Lofton and Maria Chairez; and three great-nephews, Jimmy Bucher, Brandon Packer and Erasmo Chairez Ill.

Kim was a graduate of Clay High School and a parishioner of Christ the King Catholic Church.

Her son Chris loved her very much and was the most important person in her life. Kim was a very loving and generous person to everyone she met. She was in Clay Township 4-H, loved to cook and work in her flower garden. She had many friends and will also be missed by her three cats, Angel and Puffy, and especially Stripey.
