Gary Mendlikowski

SOUTH BEND — Gary Mendlikowski, 31, of 110481 E. Auten Road, died at 11:50 pit. Saturday in Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, after an illness. Mr. Mendlikowski was a self-employed painter. He was born May 2, 1958, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

0He is survived by two daughters, Kari and Shari, both of South Bend; a son, Scott of South Bend; a sister, Michelle Graham of Niles; his parents, Lucille and Edwin Mendlikowski of South Bend; a maternal grandmother, Henrietta Wlodarek of South Bend; and a paternal grandfather, Edwin Miller of West Allis, Wis.

He was a graduate of Clay High School and attended Indiana Vocational Technical College-Northcentral.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home.
