WEBBER, WILLIAM E. "BILL," 70, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday (July 30, 1994) at home. Born in South Bend, Ind., he came here in 1956 from Mishawaka, Ind. He was a masonry contractor. During World War II, he served in the Army.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria; a son, Rodney B., St. Petersburg; a daughter, Jerrie Smith, Clearwater; four brothers, Archie, New Smyrna Beach, Charles, South Bend, Harold, Elkhart, Ind., and James, Granger, Ind.; a sister, Evelyn Warwick, Bunker Hill, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
